Q: What type of devices will your headphones and earbuds work with?
A: Our headphones are designed to work with any audio device such as MP3 and Walkman CD players, television sets, portable DVD players, home stereos to name a few. They all come with a single pin 3.5mm (1/8") mini-jack connector and are available in stereo or monaural for most models.
Q: Why do my headphones or earbuds only have sound coming out on one side?
A: The most likely cause is that you have stereo headphones plugged into a monaural device. We offer a dual monaural headphone so you can hear in both ears. These work with stereo equipment as well. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
Q: Do you offer longer or shorter wire lengths?
A: We offer several styles in both 4 foot and 6 foot lengths, however, only carry the most popular lengths on other items. (If you require a different length than those available, please note that there is an additional charge and a minimum order of 3,000 pieces for this customization).
Q: Do you offer a volume control for hard of hearing patients?
A: Our standard products do not have volume controls. If you require a volume control for your specific application, please note that there is an additional charge and a minimum order of 3,000 pieces for this customization.
Q: Can we order with our personal logo or name?
A: Yes, minimum order is 3000 pieces. Call for your customized quote.
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity or amount?
A: Yes, all headphones and earbuds are sold in packs of 25. Many of our accessory items are sold in packs of 10.
Q: Can I get volume discounted pricing?
A: You may qualify for additional volume discounts if you are ordering in quantities of more than 500 headphones at a time. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Q: How do I set up an account?
A: You may register online and order immediately if you are ordering standard minimum order quantities. If you wish to order quantities larger than 500 headphones or earbuds you may qualify for even greater discounts. Please contact us to see if you qualify and help you set up your account.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, or you can use a Purchase Order Number if you have an account with us.

Q: What is the My Special Items page and how is it used?
A: The My Special Items page is an optional feature that allows you to have a custom list of commonly ordered or preferred items, which will give you a fast and convenient way to place your order. To set up this feature, you only need to contact us and let us know what items you would like to have on the page. You may request to add or change items at any time. After the setup is complete, your special items page will be the first page that you see when you login, allowing you to order quickly and proceed to check out.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the order. (NOTE: All orders are subject to product availability.)
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
UPS Ground = Two to five (2-5) business days of transit time. UPS ground is our standard shipping method and is available to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states only.
UPS 3 Day Select = Delivery by the end of the third business day. This service is available to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states only.
UPS 2nd Day Air® = 2nd business day delivery. This service is available to physical addresses in the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments and Puerto Rico) by the end of the second business day.
UPS Next Day Air® = Next business day delivery time service to physical addresses in all 50 states and Puerto Rico for overnight delivery (this service is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day or is not available).

RETURN POLICY
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: It is the policy of Genesis Headphones LLC to accept returns within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted on products placed in service or those not in their original heat-sealed or zip-locked polybag. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and a 20% restocking fee is applicable.
